Business Operations Analyst Opportunity

About the Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Operations Analyst to join our team. As a member of the Business Operations department, you will help us better understand and improve business performance by supporting the development of reporting infrastructure, running key analyses, and identifying insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key KPIs
  • Centralize performance metrics and create segmented views for deep-dive analysis
  • Optimize reporting tools and processes to improve efficiency
  • Extract, clean, and structure data for recurring and ad-hoc analyses (SQL required)
  • Support revenue and retention forecasting to inform company strategy
  • Analyze A/B tests and pilots to measure impact across squads
  • Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements
  • Document workflows to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing
Sample Projects

- Extracting and structuring data to build dashboards and recurring reports that monitor key KPIs such as conversion rate and active users

- Forecasting monthly revenue based on acquisition and retention trends

- Supporting A/B test analysis of checkout flows to understand conversion performance

- Identifying patterns in user churn and summarizing actionable insights for leadership

Requirements
  • Strong analytical mindset and curiosity about how businesses grow and operate
  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data tools
  • Knowledge of SQL (Python is a plus)
  • Experience in at least one BI tool (Tableau, Metabase, QlikSense, Microsoft Power BI)
  • Ability to turn data into clear insights and communicate findings effectively
  • Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail, sense of ownership, and eagerness to grow
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field
