Scalable Data Solutions Engineer

This role is focused on leading teams that develop scalable data solutions for cloud and machine environments.
About the Role:- You will lead a team of engineers in building high-quality software applications using Python and Golang.
- Experience running in production and at scale, preferably with Big Data or MySQL.
- Excellent judgment about people - their motivations, abilities, developmental needs, and prospects for success.
- Proven ability to build high-quality, open-source software.
- Lead a team of engineers in developing scalable data solutions for cloud and machine environments.
- Hire, coach, mentor, provide feedback, and lead by example.
- Demonstrate sound engineering skills by directly contributing code when needed.
- Effectively set and manage expectations with other engineering teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.
- A software engineering background, preferably with Python and Golang experience.
- Experience running in production and at scale, preferably with Big Data or MySQL.
- Excellent judgment about people - their motivations, abilities, developmental needs, and prospects for success.
- Proven ability to build high-quality, open-source software.
