Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute site and digital merchandising strategies to drive growth in Brazil.
  • Manage A/B testing and analysis to optimize key metrics and maintain global channel integrity.
  • Enhance user experience through regional inputs and opportunities to the Global site roadmap.
  • Oversee local product catalogues and website hierarchies to ensure site functionality fuels impact.
  • Drive global and local market activations, stories, and brand moments on our site.
  • Collaborate with Digital Personalization teams to enable personalized and localized content.
  • Work closely with Ecommerce Merchandise Planners to ensure maximum efficiency across full product assortment.
  • Manage weekly business reviews highlighting key trends, analysis, and insights.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in an Ecommerce or Digital Merchandising role.
  • Knowledge of E-Merchandising, Onsite Search, and CMS tools.
  • Understanding of digital customer behavior, product lifecycle, market/seasonal trends.
  • Excellent communication skills to build internal cross-functional relationships.
