Are you ready to take your marketing career to the next level? We're seeking an experienced Martech and Analytics Sr. Director to join our dynamic team.

**About the Role**
We're looking for a visionary leader who can drive innovation and growth through technology, processes, data, and insights. As a Martech and Analytics Sr. Director, you will be responsible for empowering the entire Marketing & CX organization to efficiently scale and accelerate revenue growth. You will lead global strategy, mapping, implementation, and governance of marketing technologies, platforms, and data, partnering with Product Teams to prioritize roadmaps.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute comprehensive martech strategies that drive business results
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement marketing technology solutions
- Partner with Product Teams to prioritize martech roadmap
- Manage the martech stack and associated integrations and automations
- Provide insights and reporting on marketing campaigns and channels performance
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and Finance teams to develop models for use in sales funnel conversion optimization, revenue forecasting, CAC, and ROI measurement

**Requirements:**
- 7+ years of experience in managing marketing technology roadmaps, marketing operations, and marketing analytics
- Experience in B2B Saas/Tech companies is highly desired
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to set a short, medium, and long-term vision and define necessary processes, platforms, and systems to fulfill this vision
- Fluency in English is mandatory
