Marketing Technology and Operations Leadership Opportunity

The role of Marketing Technology and Operations Manager involves leading the marketing technology stack, streamlining automation processes, and enhancing campaign execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack to ensure seamless integration between tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, WordPress, and other marketing automation platforms.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external marketing technology vendors for ongoing support, serving as the primary point of contact for their Customer Success Managers during U.S. business hours.
  • Oversee marketing operations, including lead management, data hygiene, campaign execution, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement automation workflows to improve lead nurturing, scoring, and pipeline velocity.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and RevOps teams to align technology and operations with business objectives.
  • Monitor and enhance marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Implement and enforce data governance best practices, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing technology and operations, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in HubSpot.
  • Experience with Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives.
