Job Summary
Birlasoft is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team. As a key member of our IT Service Management team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow solutions for our clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Configure and implement ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Request Management.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, including custom processes, integrations, and reports.
- Design and implement ServiceNow IT Business Management (ITBM) solutions, including Project, Portfolio, Demand, Resource, and Finance Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other systems and tools.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders on ServiceNow best practices and implementation.
Requirements
- Strong experience in ServiceNow configuration and implementation, including ITSM and ITBM modules.
- Expertise in ServiceNow development, including scripting, integrations, and reporting.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade, cloning, and support processes.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration, including LDAP/SSO, Email, and Chat.
- Domain separation and data segregation experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Implementation Certified.
- ITIL V3 Foundation certified.
- Certified Scrum Master.
