The Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Enhancement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies that drive employee growth and development.
This role views employees as valuable assets, leveraging their potential to contribute to the company's success.
- Map job and team competencies to identify effective training initiatives
- Support the development and implementation of performance evaluation systems and compensation structures
- Conduct performance and competency evaluations, providing feedback to foster an open and communicative environment
- Promote technical training and personal development initiatives
- Organize and promote employee integration events
- Develop strategies to enhance satisfaction, reward performance, and results, and boost team engagement and motivation
- Implement actions focused on employee well-being and continuous improvement
- Monitor training effectiveness through performance indicators and reporting
- Diagnose individual and team development needs and design appropriate training interventions
Function-Specific Knowledge:
- Advanced English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with behavioral analysis tools (DISC, MBTI)
Education and Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related fields
- Solid knowledge of human resources subsystems
