Cloud Foundation Expert

The Cloud Foundation Specialist plays a pivotal role in designing, implementing and optimizing VMware Cloud Foundation 5.2 solutions for large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert in VCF 5.2, providing strategic advice and guidance on cloud infrastructure, automation and security best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to assess business requirements and translate them into comprehensive VMware-based solutions that drive digital transformation.
  • Oversee the technical architecture and design of cloud environments, ensuring alignment with customer objectives.
  • Implement VMware solutions across large-scale environments, leveraging the full capabilities of VCF 5.2, VMware vSphere, vSAN, NSX and vRealize Suite.
  • Mentor junior consultants and architects, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring successful execution of complex VMware deployments.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with VMware Cloud Foundation 5.2, including a deep understanding of its architecture, deployment and management components.
  • Proven track record in implementing VCF 5.2 in large-scale enterprise environments, with hands-on experience in multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud implementations.
  • Advanced understanding of VMware technologies, including VMware vSphere, vSAN, NSX, vRealize Suite and automation tools such as vRealize Automation (vRA) and vRealize Orchestrator (vRO).
  • Experience with cloud-native architectures and multi-cloud strategies, including integration of VCF 5.2 with public clouds (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
