Cloud Infrastructure Strategist

The Cloud Foundation Specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping the cloud infrastructure landscape of large enterprises.

  • Develops and implements VMware Cloud Foundation 5.2 solutions that meet the unique needs of clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert in VCF 5.2, providing strategic guidance on best practices for cloud infrastructure, automation, and security.
  • Collaborates closely with client stakeholders to assess their business requirements and translates them into comprehensive VMware-based solutions that drive digital transformation.

For this role, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience with VMware Cloud Foundation 5.2, including a deep understanding of its architecture, deployment, and management components.

They will also possess a proven track record in implementing VCF 5.2 in large-scale enterprise environments, with hands-on experience in multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud implementations.

A strong background in leadership, project management, and client engagement is essential for success in this position.

Additionally, the ability to design and implement complex network, storage, and compute solutions that align with business requirements is crucial.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on addressing complex architectural and technical challenges, are also required.

Preferred qualifications include VMware certifications such as VCP, VCAP, or VCDX, with a focus on VCF 5.2 or cloud architecture.

Experience with DevOps practices, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) is also desirable.
