Requirements:Key Skills:
  • Minimum 9 years of experience in similar roles at media agencies or in-house.
  • Hands-on cross-media planning experience (ideally with Google, Facebook/Meta, and TikTok).
  • Bilingual Spanish and English skills are essential.
  • Understanding of automation in paid search.
  • Advanced knowledge of SA360, DV360, and Campaign Manager.
Success Metrics:
  • Client KPI's achieved.
  • Client score of 7 or above.
  • Diversification of spend for new and existing clients.
  • Peers and manager recognize bias for action.
