Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our organization.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team and interface with various stakeholders, including HR, Finance, Sales, and external parties.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Management: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, including regular and off-cycle runs.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, social security, and labor regulations.
  • Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage relationships with payroll providers and ensure system accuracy.
  • Generate payroll reports for Finance, HR, and external auditors.
  • Invoicing & Billing: Oversee the creation, validation, and delivery of accurate and timely customer invoices.
  • Ensure invoicing aligns with contracts, service delivery, and tax requirements.
  • Work with project/account managers to confirm billable hours and services rendered.
  • Manage accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue invoices.
  • Improve billing workflows and documentation for audit readiness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Proven experience in payroll, billing, or accounting in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax compliance, and labor law.
  • Experience with invoicing systems and financial ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Netsuite).
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
