Key Responsibilities

  • Communication: Maintain a positive and respectful tone in all interactions, ensuring clear understanding of client requirements.
  • Solution Architecture: Collaborate with development teams to architect solutions that meet client needs, driven by your intimate understanding of requirements.
  • Risk Management: Assess and address technical risks, ensuring implementation plans match expectations.
  • Data Analysis: Understand and analyze data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems, creating diagrams to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Global Perspective: Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including senior executives, R&D, product management, legal, finance, sales, and marketing experts.
  • Critical Thinking: Clearly synthesize and communicate complex requirements, proposing solutions through complicated decision paths.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software engineering principles, frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular, microservices, and ability to articulate technical problems to non-technical colleagues.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Jira and other backlog tools, as well as leading groups in whiteboarding, concepting, and prioritization exercises.
