Business Intelligence Consultant: Data-Driven Solutions Expert

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Consultant to join our team in Associate Managing Consultant, Specialized Product Delivery. This role will be responsible for delivering data-driven solutions to our clients, leveraging our cutting-edge SaaS platform analytics solution. As an Associate Managing Consultant, you will work closely with our Product team to execute a well-designed onboarding experience and provide ongoing support to our clients.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead assigned delivery projects to ensure contractual objectives and delivery on-time goals are met;
  • Support the product delivery process by developing delivery artifacts and completing assigned tasks for the delivery process;
  • Conduct platform demonstrations and training sessions;
  • Manage user onboarding processes and effectively partner with users to improve their ability to leverage insights and data to drive business decisions;
  • Assist clients with platform customization;
  • Analyze data from product delivery projects and report on performance relative to success metrics;
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partners in other business functions to complete delivery and customer support tasks;
  • Act as a liaison between the client and product development teams and assist with prioritization of client-requested platform enhancements, customization, and/or client-specific features;
  • Research and deliver solutions for complex problems and respond to inquiries on troubleshooting queries for customers;
  • Partner with sales teams to ensure clear and required solution definition for the client with a proposed implementation plan.

About You:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in delivery of strategic, enterprise, and/or market-level initiatives across the financial services sector;
  • You possess proven experience working in Project Management, applying client engagement and operating efficiencies, demonstrating value add to clients, providing and building knowledge capital, and training;
  • You have exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills and the ability to structure analyses to form data-driven solutions to ambiguous client challenges;
  • You are enthusiastic, with the ability to inspire others and create a collaborative culture of teamwork, accountability, open communication, and organizational effectiveness;
  • You have demonstrated ability to develop relationships with both mid- and executive-level client contacts and inspire confidence in Client Services as a sought-after partner.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification; advanced degree or MBA preferred.

Skills and Qualifications: Financial Services industry domain knowledge; comfort with significant client interaction and interest in building relationships; advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required; knowledge of Project Management tools preferred.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
