Senior Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced facility professional to manage our day-to-day operations, services, and maintenance activities across the site in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, coordinate, and execute facility maintenance such as landscaping and cleaning
- Define management of outsourced relationships
- Detect flaws in approaches, methods, procedures, and processes, and suggest improvements
- Handle communication with colleagues and the business about data gathering and analysis
- Contribute to projects as a team member
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college (Civil Engineering preferred)
- Proven experience in property management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to work effectively in teams and independently
- Good problem-solving, process improvement, and analytical skills, along with interpersonal skills
- Proficient in English and Portuguese
