We are seeking a skilled and experienced Artificial Lift Field Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial lift operations, with experience in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing standard work practices. They will also be able to manage risks during service delivery, ensuring the safety of themselves and others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that deliverables meet client expectations and are completed on time.
- Work in operations with electrical risks.
- Responsible for the execution of service delivery.
- Participate in risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
- Develop customer relationships to promote company products and services.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations, implementing CAT, self-assessments, and site inspections.
Requirements:
- Technical Complete with Active Council.
- Previous experience in the artificial lift segment.
- Intermediate English skills.
- Will be tested.
- Availability to work offshore.
