Job Description:

The Service Delivery Expert plays a vital role in ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery to clients.

This individual is responsible for executing service delivery with precision and attention to detail, maintaining accurate job deliverables, and ensuring timely completion.

Additionally, the Service Delivery Expert participates in risk analysis and improvement programs to enhance service quality, develops customer relationships to promote company products and services, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards through implementation of the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain accurate job deliverables and ensure timely completion.
  2. Execute service delivery with precision and attention to detail.
  3. Participate in risk analysis and improvement programs to enhance service quality.
  4. Develop customer relationships to promote company products and services.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards through implementation of the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
  6. Collaborate with customers to improve performance through action plans in Service Quality Meetings.
  7. Contribute to HSE and Quality initiatives.
  8. Adhere to HSE policies and maintain required safety training.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  1. Completion of a technical course (Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related areas).
  2. Experience as a Completion Technician, Intelligent Completion, or Liner Hanger.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in creating reports and accessing other systems.
  4. English language skills are desirable.
