We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Professional to join our team. This individual will work closely with project managers and process leaders to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert guidance to project managers and process leaders on service delivery strategies and best practices
- Collaborate with multiple teams to gather data and insights for informed decision-making
