Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Excellence in Sourcing: Employ various platforms (job boards, professional networks) to proactively source and identify potential candidates across clinical, business, and tech roles in LATAM. Engagement with Candidates: Connect with candidates through tailored messages and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future vacancies. Market Analysis: Remain updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and innovative sourcing techniques pertinent to the LatAm market. Collaborative Efforts: Work in partnership with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to grasp position requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly. Data-Driven Methodology: Monitor and evaluate sourcing metrics to assess effectiveness. Continuously refine sourcing processes based on analytical insights. Candidate Experience Management: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing journey, providing timely feedback and maintaining open lines of communication.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience. At least 1 year of experience in a staffing role, either as a recruiter or a combination of recruiter and specialist positions. Comprehensive understanding of legislation related to the recruitment process. Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Awareness of the commercial landscape and market dynamics. Customer service-oriented mindset. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and plan routine activities.
