About the Role
">Are you an organized and proactive professional looking for a role that plays a key part in ensuring workflow efficiency and alignment with objectives? We are seeking a Freight Support Assistant to help our cargo team. This administrative role involves making and answering calls for follow-ups with brokers and drivers, assisting in aligning information and resolving cargo-related issues.
">The successful candidate will assist in the weekly closure of reports and results, consolidating information for driver payments. They will also help organize and distribute client and cargo portfolios among Account Managers/Dispatchers, support administrative tasks related to planning and coordinating loads, and ensure smooth communication between teams.
">Responsibilities:
">- Make and answer calls for follow-ups with brokers and drivers, assisting in aligning information and resolving cargo-related issues.
- Assist in the weekly closure of reports and results, consolidating information for driver payments.
- Help organize and distribute client and cargo portfolios among Account Managers/Dispatchers.
- Support administrative tasks related to planning and coordinating loads.
- Ensure smooth communication between teams.
Requirements:
">We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in administrative roles, customer service, or support. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment, and be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
">Desirable Qualifications:
