Job Opportunity

As a leader in the engineering team, you will be responsible for driving product development and overseeing project execution.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing budgets, executing project plans, and leading teams to solve complex problems.

Additionally, you will perform risk analysis to ensure product reliability and apply best practices in engineering procedures. Your role will also involve leading global meetings, applying SCRUM methodology, and working with agricultural machinery and manufacturing processes.

  • Key responsibilities include: supervising engineers, planning budgets, managing project timelines, and resolving field and plant related issues.

For this position, we require a bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering, with an added advantage if you have post-graduation in Project Management. Additionally, intermediate to advanced English skills are necessary for effective communication.
