Product Development Lead

This role involves leading the product development process to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and Manage Projects: Develop project plans, manage timelines, and allocate resources to achieve business objectives.
  • Execute Product Development Plans: Implement product development strategies focused on improving product functionality, reducing costs, and enhancing time-to-market.
  • Lead Problem-Solving: Support the team in resolving field and plant-related issues through effective problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Perform Risk Analysis: Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure the release of reliable and durable products.
  • Facilitate Meetings: Lead local and global meetings to discuss AED-related tasks, design reviews, and implement the global change design process.
  • Apply Agile Methodologies: Utilize SCRUM methodology to plan protoshop activities and control sprint execution according to project strategies.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering; Project Management post-graduation is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have consolidated knowledge and experience with agricultural machinery, manufacturing processes, product engineering lifecycle, and strong English conversation skills.
