Senior Business Analysis Supervisor

The Business Analysis Senior Supervisor role is a management-level position responsible for facilitating collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams to share information effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a supervisor for a business analysis team, overseeing work allocation, performance evaluation, compensation, and other duties assigned
- Enhance process efficiency in support of unit objectives and recommend new work procedures to improve overall performance
- Address resource gaps promptly to prevent business disruptions
- Maintain quality and control functions by performing risk assessments/tests and evaluating process procedure changes
- Collaborate with the team to achieve objectives and resolve problems through data-driven analysis
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and presentation skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to manage a diverse project portfolio
- Experience in Foreign Exchange products
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Linguistic Proficiency:
- Fluent in English Advanced
