Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Technical Engineering Manager to lead our scrum teams in building highly resilient, Cloud-based services that truly make a difference.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performing teams, supporting individual development through feedback, coaching, and mentoring, and taking end-to-end ownership of team commitments and results.

About the Role: As a Technical Engineering Manager, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive technical strategy for the product and subsystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain high-performing teams
  • SUPPORT INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT THROUGH FEEDBACK, COACHING, AND MENTORING IN DAY-TO-DAY WORK
  • Take end-to-end ownership of team commitments and results
  • Lead and set direction and priorities for multiple scrum teams
  • Track records in terms of building efficient teams and growing talents
  • Have broad understanding of the problems of our customers from business and technical perspectives to lead the team to develop E2E elegant solutions
  • Provide timely feedback and alternative solutions to technical problems
  • Grows the team's technical expertise
  • Provides updates to leadership team on team's progress, risks, and issues based on data
  • Self-driven, energetic, highly innovative person with a positive attitude
  • Effectively collaborates with technical leaders and stakeholders in a multi-team environment
  • Demonstrates flexibility and resilience in the face of changing priorities and requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience in cooperation with geographically dispersed cross-functional teams (e.g., different time zones) + 8 years
  • Experience in building enterprise on-prem mission-critical systems as well as cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud or similar) and/or other distributed systems
  • Proven experience working as an engineering leader (engineering manager or technical leader)
  • Comfortable in working in highly technical environments and partner with architects & engineers
  • Ability to identify roadblocks and drive them promptly to resolution
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Practical experience with Agile and Scrum
  • Practical knowledge of one of the following languages would be an additional asset: Java - preferred,.Net Core/C# or RUST, C++
