Key Responsibilities:
1. Incentivize Quality Service: Encourage riders to improve delivery quality through positive guidance measures, such as establishing a scoring incentive system.
2. Differentiated Assessment and Control: Develop rider evaluation plans based on capacity types and business models to ensure service quality during fulfillment.
3. Continuous Improvement and Violation Control: Improve rider performance through training, incentives, and control systems to reduce violations.
4. Data-Driven Problem Solving: Monitor and analyze delivery-related data to identify and resolve potential issues.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in logistics operations. Experience in food delivery companies is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills are required, including proficiency in data analytics and experience in data-driven decision making. Advanced English and Portuguese language skills are desired. Master data analysis software is necessary for effective performance.
