Job Title: Deputy Manager - SAP Enterprise Cloud Services

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager to join our team at Decision Group, a leading provider of technology services. As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our SAP Enterprise Cloud Services team and ensuring the successful delivery of cloud-based solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Architecture: Provide technical guidance to end customers on SAP Landscape issues and queries.
  • Sales to Delivery Handover: Support the handover of sales to delivery and customer onboarding to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
  • Customer Onboarding: Contribute to the onboarding and transitioning of customers to SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the overall service/project delivery according to planned scope, budget, and milestones.
  • De-escalations: Support in de-escalations of critical customer situations.
  • Problem Management: Execute and support problem management and continuous improvement.
  • Liaison with Stakeholders: Contribute to the liaison with different SAP stakeholders to ensure customer success.

Requirements:

  • Technical expertise in SAP Basis area with minimum of 5+ years of experience.
  • 2+ Cloud knowledge (e.g. through Solution Management, Consulting and/or Delivery Program management).
  • Good understanding & hands-on experience required in S/4 HANA Application & HANA database.
  • Experience in SAP Upgrade & Migration (OS/DB) is mandatory.
  • Experience in SaaS products (Ariba, Salesforce, C4S etc.) integration with SAP Landscape is plus.
  • Hands-on experience in any of hyper scaler (AWS/ Azure/ GCP) is needed.
