Accounts Payable Professional

The Accounts Payable team is responsible for managing the financial transactions of the company. This includes processing invoices, making payments, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the finance team by reviewing payment requests, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and providing support to internal business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and review payment requests to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify invoices and supporting documents to ensure consistency with outgoing payments.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Monitor and analyze AP metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to internal business teams on AP procedures and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance-related field.
  • At least 2 years of accounts payable experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant systems technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
