Financial Transaction Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our collections team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, reviewing customer contracts for compliance, and following up with clients on overdue payments.
Key Responsibilities:- Review finance clauses in customer contracts to ensure financial compliance
- Process refunds, top-ups, and other financial transactions accurately and timely
- Support monthly billing issues and ensure timely invoicing to customers
- Follow up with clients to assure payment on due dates
- Respond to client disputes and requests for information
- Manage debt collection activities for assigned portfolios of customers in the LATAM region
- Enable agreement of customer repayment plans
- Monitor and track progress on action plans
- Suspend customer services in event of continued non-payment, following our agreed disconnection procedure
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues affecting cash collection or raise concerns impacting customer satisfaction
- Experience in AR related activities and familiarity with digital advertising industry
- Excellent communication skills
- English fluency required due to communication with external stakeholders
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and discretion to handle confidential information
