Head of Consumer Communications

We are seeking a seasoned communications expert to lead our consumer communications strategy in Brazil. As Head of Consumer Communications, you will be responsible for creating awareness among our key audiences and developing effective consumer communications programs that drive business results.
Key responsibilities include overseeing and managing stores communications, developing integrated consumer campaigns, supporting strategic launches, driving communications strategies to support Amazon Prime, and successfully managing complex communications challenges. Additionally, you will write strategic plans, messaging, and press releases, pitch and secure top-tier media outlets, act as a business partner to retail category leadership teams, and deliver strategic communications counsel to internal executives.
Requirements:
- Candidate Profile: A highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong track record of developing effective consumer communications programs.
- Skill Set: Excellent written and spoken English and Portuguese language skills, knowledge and understanding of Brazilian business cultures, extensive experience managing cross-channel campaigns, experience with digital and social media, influencer marketing, and issues management.
- Educational Background: University degree.
