Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our data analysis team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute data strategies to support revenue growth and operational optimization.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment on technical configurations, adherence to guidelines, and implementation of quality controls.
  • Oversee data governance, privacy, and compliance, performing quality checks on data integrity and ensuring adherence to data standards.
  • Implement advanced data science and machine learning solutions, analyze campaign data, and offer optimization insights.
  • Act as a data analysis expert in client meetings, providing technical insights and strategic recommendations that meet project goals.
  • Mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and develop individual growth plans with regular skill assessments and support.
  • Collaborate with project managers to monitor team workflows, conduct performance reviews, and drive continuous workflow improvements.
  • Coordinate with other departments, the IT team, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and aligned infrastructure support.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues early in projects, assist developers in problem-solving, and foster ongoing technical learning within the team.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in leadership roles within data analysis, demonstrating a proven ability to address complex, non-standard challenges and develop customized solutions to meet business objectives.
  • Strong expertise in data modeling and data visualization design, including advanced skills in Power Query/DAX for efficient data transformation and insights delivery.
  • Proficiency in data collection, cleaning, and preparation techniques to ensure high-quality data for analysis, including best practices in predictive analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL for database management and manipulation, including experience with AWS Athena / Azure Data Exporter and other cloud-based data handling tools.
  • Proficient in Python (including frameworks and libraries for data analysis), automation, and data science tasks; API integration and REST API principles.
  • Expertise in Power BI for report creation, deployment, workspace management, and admin portal configuration, along with proficiency in Power BI Paginated Report Builder.
  • Skilled in integrating third-party APIs and managing data flow between systems, with experience using Postman for API testing and AWS Lambda / Azure Functions for data-driven solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including complex functions, data analysis tools, and modeling capabilities essential for data preparation and reporting.
  • Effective at collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, provide guidance, and deliver high-impact data solutions.
  • Strong logical and critical thinking skills to solve problems, design helpful solutions, and improve products, ensuring alignment with quality standards and best practices.

Language Requirements:

  • English - Upper-Intermediate/Advanced
  • Ukrainian - is a big plus
