Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer relationships and drive success initiatives.
- Develop and implement customer strategies for growth.
- Lead customer engagement efforts and ensure satisfaction.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, solution delivery, or consulting roles.
- Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required.


Aviation Industry Experience:

- Background in Commercial Management, Air Services Development, or Airline IT is preferred.
- Relevant experience in Account Management is essential.
- ITIL and Project Management certifications are advantageous.


Skills:

- Strong problem-solving abilities with a track record of presenting effective solutions to complex challenges.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze technical concepts and translate them into business language.


Team Leadership:

- Experience in leading cross-functional teams to address customer needs effectively.
