Senior Linux Engineer Manager

As a Senior Linux Engineer Manager, you will lead a team of engineers to design and implement the best Ubuntu integration for the latest IoT and server-class hardware platforms and software stacks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a distributed team to develop and optimise next-generation Ubuntu solutions
- Collaborate with commercial partners to deliver high-quality, customised Ubuntu experiences on their platforms
- Develop and coach team members through mentoring, coaching, and feedback
- Oversee engagement and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Ensure ongoing commitment to strict quality and reliability standards
Requirements:
- Experience in working with Linux distributions, debian packaging, and high-performance server-class hardware
- Proven experience managing or leading teams of software engineers
- Demonstrated understanding of agile software development methodologies
- Effective collaboration across multiple internal teams, building trust and delivering results
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree in a technology field (or equivalent)
