**Laundry Operations Specialist Role**

We are seeking a skilled Laundry Operations Specialist to join our team.

As a Laundry Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring washing, dry cleaning, and drying machinery.

You will inspect cleanliness of articles removed from the washer, dryer, or dry-cleaning machines and place them in clean linen carts.

You will set dryers to designated times and temperatures based on fabrics contained in the load.

You will remove lint and debris from dryer screens, dry cleaning filters, and drain trap after each load.

You will fold cleaned articles into designated size, either by hand or using a folding machine.

You will maintain accurate records of items laundered and follow all safety and security policies and procedures.

You will report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager and complete safety training and certifications.

You will develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support the team to reach common goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating and monitoring washing, dry cleaning, and drying machinery
  • Inspecting cleanliness of articles removed from washers, dryers, and dry-cleaning machines
  • Setting dryers to designated times and temperatures
  • Removing lint and debris from dryer screens, dry cleaning filters, and drain traps
  • Maintaining accurate records of items laundered
