Home Care Coordinator

We are seeking an exceptional candidate for a role that involves coordinating care services to clients in their homes.
Job Overview:The primary goal of this position is to ensure quality coordination of service delivery to our clients, while adhering to state regulations and company standards.
Our focus is on delivering non-medical personal care to customers in the comfort of their own homes. Our caregivers assist with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation, enabling our clients to maintain independence.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide superior customer service and home care
- Develop strong relationships with clients, referral sources, payers, and community organizations
- Coordinate client services and manage scheduling issues
- Grow your client caseload by developing effective strategies
- Maintain open communication with the team
- Interview, hire, and orient reliable and compassionate caregivers
- Serve as primary support for daily Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and payroll functions
- Prior home health care or home care experience highly desirable
- High School or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred
- Staffing experience beneficial
- Excellent verbal/written communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Able to effectively multitask
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective presentation and training skills
- Strong customer service skills
