Job Title: Finance Manager for Growth and Innovation

The role of a Finance Senior Manager involves creating and executing a strong finance strategy within the Zone/Franchise to drive growth and profitability.

This position requires managing co-owned ARTD brands and Distribution Agreements, budgeting, pricing, and performance management. You'll also support end-to-end ARTD business planning, partner with the Finance Operations Lead, and develop key insights to inform strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Business Models and Margins within the Franchise
  • Developing and implementing Margin optimization strategies across the entire value chain
  • Managing Revenue growth Management
  • Analyzing and supporting Working Capital and Cash Management

As a pioneer in this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for creating a start-up-like environment within the company, leveraging your leadership skills to drive innovation and growth. This is an individual contributor role that can be based in Argentina, Brazil, or Chile.

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
  • +7 years of leadership experience in senior financial planning or commercial finance roles
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Previous Spirits/Beer Industry experience
  • Ability to work in a complex matrixed network across Latin America
