Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist who can bring new ideas and challenges to our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate financial information, including forecasts and budgets, for assigned Offshore Skillpools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Lead Planner and Crewing Manager in relation to Skillpool finances.
  • Prepare detailed monthly management reports for assigned Skillpools, including variance analysis of actuals and forecasts.
  • Identify and report variances/areas of concern to budget holders.
  • Upload and review forecast results into the financial consolidation system.
  • Assist in preparation of annual budget and calculation of white book rates (WBR) for assigned Skillpools.
  • Monthly reconciliation of offshore travel costs within the Onboard Tracker system.
  • Weekly loading of crew time into SAP and liaison with Crewing team and Projects to resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
  • Good working knowledge of SAP, Excel, and other Microsoft products.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels in the organization.
  • Planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical skills and high degree of accuracy.
  • Collaborative team worker with initiative and ownership.
