Unlock your potential in a dynamic and challenging role as a Commercial Planning Analyst. GSK, a global biopharma company, is seeking a skilled professional to join our team.

As a Commercial Planning Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by analyzing market trends, optimizing pricing strategies, and developing effective commercial plans. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our commercial activities are aligned with our overall business objectives.

  • Monitor Net Price, discounts, rebates, and investments by customer/channel, ensuring governance of pricing and price/mix recalculation when necessary.
  • Ensure accuracy of accruals (provisions) and reconciliations of commercial investments and patient support programs.
  • Close commercial/financial deals, explaining variances between estimated and actual results, and addressing root causes.
  • Develop scenarios and business cases, modeling the impact of price, mix, packs, route-to-market, and tax effects (e.g., ICMS-ST).
  • Translate financial analysis into clear executive communication through reports and materials.
  • Standardize and optimize processes, suggesting simple automations that increase speed and reliability.

We are looking for professionals with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience in Financial Planning/Commercial Planning, Pricing/NRM, or Business Finance.
  • Advanced Excel skills (modeling, macros, financial functions, and dashboards).
  • Intermediate/advanced English language proficiency.

Preferred qualifications include knowledge of route-to-market, PSP, sell-in vs. sell-out dynamics in retail pharmacy, experience with SAP (commercial/financial modules), and Python programming skills for automation.
