Job Summary:

This is a leadership role that requires the ability to develop and execute commercial strategies to drive growth in the market. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales leadership, particularly in the aviation or oil & gas field services industry.

About This Role
  • Develop and implement commercial plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Manage customer interactions and satisfaction, including negotiations and contract close-out.
  • Track commercial opportunities and develop strategies to enhance market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seek out new commercial opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers.
  • Manage the tender/proposal process from initial request to final submission.
  • Respond to customer requests in compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Support financial planning and analysis to prepare costing models.
  • Provide guidance to regional directors on customer service, revenue growth, and product/service development.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership in the aviation or oil & gas field services industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales and business plan execution.
  • Excellent knowledge of the oil field services marketplace and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent commercial and business acumen.
