Job Title: Commercial Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Commercial Growth Strategist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional with minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development to take the next step in their career.

  • Job Description:
    • Cultivate new relationships with clients, partners, and brokers across assigned regions.
    • Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular engagement, performance optimization, and loyalty initiatives.
    • Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets, active client goals, and trading volume KPIs.
    • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, regions, and verticals for business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development / Sales roles within the FX & CFDs industry.
  • Good understanding of trading platforms such as MT4/MT5 and core FX & CFDs products.
  • Proven ability to acquire new clients/partners and manage client portfolios.
  • Familiarity with partner programs, spreads, rebates, and trading promotions.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage sales pipelines.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in English communication is a MUST.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially languages relevant to assigned regions.
