- Job Purpose
The Strategic Planning Manager leads strategic engineering planning for the One Engineering department
Job Description
- Sets standards, develops, and manages global demand and capacity planning processes for One Engineering, including deployment of guidelines and planning big rules.
- Leads and manages the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for three levels of the organization (L1, L2, L3) across Subsea and Surface GBUs, in collaboration with Manufacturing and Commercial.
- Manages scenario planning changes in the business environment and provides timely responses for strategic and business planning priorities.
- Deploys and manages KPIs, risk management, help chain management, and key SSI programs.
- Integrates UDP, tender information, and product strategy into S&OP and supports deployment of integrated planning tools and systems with Digital and other value streams.
- Location: Eco Sapucaí- Cidade Nova - Rio de Janeiro

- Engineering degree
- Advanced English
- Experience in Project execution
- Expert knowledge of Project Planning tools
- Team management skills (global team)
- Knowledge for Microsoft tools such as Power BI would be good.
