About the Role

As a Senior Community Manager, you will be responsible for building, growing, and managing online communities for key consumer brands. Your role will involve staying up-to-date with the latest social trends and tools, creating engaging content, and analyzing data metrics to inform your strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and managing online communities for key consumer brands.
  • Conducting social listening for conversations, topics, and trends that brands can engage in.
  • Developing creative work to help sell ideas.
  • Creating and implementing community strategy, engagement, and growth plans.
  • Identifying and tracking relevant community data metrics and developing monthly reporting and outlining key insights.
  • Producing and executing innovative ideas daily.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest social trends and tools and bringing fresh ideas on how to use them effectively.
  • Creating timely and culturally relevant content optimized for platforms and audience.
  • Monitoring platforms for content opportunities and initiating conversations.
  • Championing creativity and delivering excellent customer experiences through content planning.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Jasper, etc.
  • Proficiency in GenAI techniques such as model selection and prompting.
  • Ability to deliver real-world advertising creative using GenAI.
  • Experience using analytical and social listening tools for reporting and gathering insights.
  • Passion for delivering on-brand and on-brief social communications.
  • Practical knowledge of managing social media channels, especially their intricacies.
  • Ability to learn and understand consumer experience with client products/services/promotions.
