Community Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gaming and excellent communication skills in English.


About the Role

This is a remote, full-time position limited to residents of South America. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for fostering a positive environment within our community while keeping members informed about our initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Community Engagement: Interact with our community on Discord and social media platforms, responding to comments and queries in a timely manner.
  • Content Creation: Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily, including original text, photos, videos, and news.
  • Community Growth: Implement strategies to grow and expand our community on Discord platforms.
  • Community Moderation: Oversee and control the conversation within the community to ensure guidelines and rules are adhered to.
  • Feedback Analysis: Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews from the community.

Requirements
  • Language Skills: Native Portuguese speaker with good verbal and written command in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in community management in the video game industry.
  • Passion for Gaming: Passion for gaming.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of forums, social media administration, and best practices, as well as content creation tools.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Discord and ability to plant content delivery.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of crypto and gaming trends.
