Capital Markets Industry Support Role

Key responsibilities include resolving daily back-office end-user issues on both functional and technical levels, liaising with internal teams to resolve issues and necessary enhancements, developing requirements per stream and according to resolution needs, managing day-to-day tasks to complete various application support deliverables, contributing to support group efforts in resolving requests or issues, analyzing, formulating, and proposing overall solutions as per project deliverables, following up on new application developments, enhancements, version upgrades, and regulations globally, performing testing for assigned deliverables, and participating in formal release cycles.

Requirements:

  • Resolve daily Back-Office end-user issues on both functional and technical levels.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues and necessary enhancements.
