The role of an Implementations Specialist involves unlocking the potential of equity ownership for more individuals in various locations.
">We believe that the problems we solve today will unlock opportunities for tomorrow. As an Implementation Specialist, you will become an expert in equity and use your knowledge to implement clients onto our software, setting them up for long-term success.
">- Establish strong customer relationships and inspire long-term loyalty by providing a high-quality and timely on-boarding process as the first service provider post-sale
- Migrate and maintain the quality of clients' data to our Onboarding Spreadsheet in Excel
- Coordinate and manage inputs needed from both clients and their law firms
- Train clients on how to use our software: You feel comfortable working with data, business systems, and developing training content for our customers
- Continuously look for ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the on-boarding process
- Work closely with product, engineering, and our internal implementation leaders to improve the experience for our customers
About You:
- Proficient in Excel and have experience with CRMs (Preferably Salesforce)
- Eager to learn or have experience working with Mixmax, Talkdesk, and Guru
- Strong project management and organization skills - must be able to manage multiple on-boardings at a time
- Familiar or will become familiar with Private Equity and Capitalization
- Great people skills and a high degree of empathy
- Ability to work cross-functionally with teams
- Embracing change and constantly seeking ways to better your process and team
- Helpful and professional attitude and diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
