Process Improvement Specialist

This role involves leading assessments, analysis, and improvement initiatives to drive business success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, excellent communication skills, and experience in driving change management initiatives.
- Perform process assessments and analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Evaluate the management system to ensure it meets ISO requirements on quality and environment (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001).
- Audit the Cybersecurity Management System towards ISO/SAE 21434 and UNECE R155 standards.
- Catalyze and facilitate process improvements through collaboration with Process Managers/Owners, Line Managers, and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (Business administration, Engineering). Preferably Master's degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Succesful record as internal lead auditor, IRCA certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001/14001.
- Detailed knowledge of relevant standards and requirements.
- Experience in driving change management initiatives and working with continuous improvement.
- Experience working in multi-cultural / cross-functional environments.
- Coaching skills.
