Job Opportunity Overview

This is a full-time remote role in B2B SaaS with AI and Social Tech focus. As a tech-savvy problem-solver, you will thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same.

The ideal candidate is sharp, empathetic, and execution-focused, with excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and social media fluency.

You will be at the forefront of our support operations, sitting at the intersection of real-time chat, email, and internal team support, platform expertise and troubleshooting, client onboarding and implementation, and product feedback and operations scaling.

You will play a critical role in turning support into a strategic growth lever, helping us move fast, scale smart, and continuously improve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide live chat, email, and Slack support with clarity, urgency, and empathy.
  • Onboard and configure new client implementations alongside Customer Success Managers.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues end-to-end, using tools like Intercom, Knowledge Base, ChatGPT, Loom, or your own creativity.
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify issues, document feedback, and ship smarter processes.
  • Own the inbox and build the future by creating documentation, playbooks, FAQs, platform fixes, and smarter workflows.
Requirements
  • B2B SaaS experience in support, implementation, or technical account roles, ideally from a fast-moving startup or scale-up.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a builder's mentality and emotionally intelligent approach.
  • Tech-savvy and resourceful, with social media fluency and a passion for staying ahead of trends and world events.
