We're looking for an experienced AI Engineer Specialist to join our Data team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for designing and deploying scalable AI systems in production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end design and deployment of AI systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance;
  • Develop and optimize AI models, focusing on robustness, explainability, and efficiency;
  • Build and maintain production-grade infrastructure for AI applications, including APIs, data pipelines, and services;
  • Implement and oversee continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for AI model deployment and updates;
  • Collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders across teams to translate business requirements into actionable AI solutions;
  • Ensure AI systems comply with industry best practices regarding security, privacy, and ethical standards;
  • Troubleshoot production issues related to AI systems, performing rigorous testing and validation;
  • Mentor team members on best practices in AI engineering, model deployment, and system integration.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, or closely related roles;
  • Proven expertise in developing impactful products leveraging advanced AI services;
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with demonstrated experience in developing high-quality, maintainable code;
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), including deploying AI services and managing cloud resources;
  • Experience with containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes);
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes;
  • Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, ETL processes, and data pipeline architectures;
  • Experience with monitoring and logging solutions for AI systems;
  • Awareness of security standards and compliance requirements relevant to AI and data-driven systems.
