Be a key player in shaping the future of our corporate wellness platform. As a Sr. Manager Product Designer Web, you will lead a team of web designers to create high-quality, strategically aligned design outcomes.

The ideal candidate has expertise in User Experience best practices, Design and Accessibility guidelines Comprehensive understanding of design for web, mobile, and responsive interfaces.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Computer Science or related disciplines is required. Strong project management abilities to prioritize, organize, and delegate tasks within the design team effectively are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build design process, delivering high-quality product interfaces while also maintaining and evolving design systems to ensure scalability and consistency across platforms.
  • Provide direct supervision to the team, offering guidance and support for their performance and development while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Build the team - recruit, hire, and train new team members to ensure the team is staffed to full capacity.
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate the efforts of a team of designers by delegating tasks according to skill sets and project demands.
  • Participate in leadership discussions to interpret and apply business strategy to design efforts, optimizing designs across channels (web and mobile).
  • Oversee and enhance the component library, particularly for scalability and mobile adaptability, collaborating with the team on component documentation.
  • Engage in strategic prioritization meetings to align design efforts with overall business goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Computer Science or related disciplines.
  • Advanced skills in Figma.
  • Expertise in User Experience best practices, Design and Accessibility guidelines Comprehensive understanding of design for web, mobile, and responsive interfaces.
  • Strong background in user-centered design and an understanding customer journey mapping.
  • Previous hands-on experience in design roles, with a proven track record of delivering impactful design solutions.
  • Experience with design systems: creating, maintaining, and optimizing them for consistency and efficiency across multiple platforms and teams.
  • Experience working with metrics, analytics, and user feedback, using data-driven insights to refine design solutions and measure success.
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies for user insights.
  • Strong project management abilities to prioritize, organize, and delegate tasks within the design team effectively.
