As a Sr. Manager Product Designer Web, you will lead a team of designers to deliver strategically aligned design outcomes. Your expertise in Figma, user experience best practices, and accessibility guidelines will be essential in ensuring our digital products meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the efforts of a team of web designers to ensure high-quality, strategically aligned design outcomes
  • Setting design priorities and distributing tasks based on the skills and expertise within the team
  • Optimizing existing design systems and processes for scalability and consistency across platforms
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish design strategies that enhance user experience across multiple digital channels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or related disciplines
  • Advanced skills in Figma
  • Expertise in User Experience best practices, Design and Accessibility guidelines
  • Comprehensive understanding of design for web, mobile, and responsive interfaces
  • Strong background in user-centered design and an understanding customer journey mapping
