Job Title: Conversational AI Designer
Contract Duration: 6 Weeks of Innovative Work
Location: Remote, utilizing personal equipment
Work Hours: Flexible scheduling with a 4-hour PST time overlap requirement
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Create complex conversations that mimic real-life interactions between users and AI assistants, using tools like Calendar, email, maps, and Drive.
- Develop both user and assistant personas, including tool calls when necessary for correction.
- Selectively use assistant tools to ensure logical flow and proper function call usage.
- Craft dialogues that showcase natural language, intelligent behavior, and contextual understanding across multiple turns.
- Generate examples demonstrating the assistant's ability to complete tasks efficiently, recognize limitations, and maintain engaging general chat when tools aren't required.
- Evaluate conversations against defined formatting and quality guidelines, utilizing an internal playbook.
