Sr Solutions Engineer

">Job Description:
  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales engine, you will be responsible for providing excellent technical support to the sales team and serving as an expert on our product.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing great demos that showcase our unique approach to solving customer pain points, managing proof-of-concepts onsite and remotely, building key relationships with customers, and completing requests for information and proposals.

You will also work closely with our innovation labs, expert services consultants, customer success managers, and marketing teams to drive business growth and expand our market share.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent education and experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in the observability space
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage projects simultaneously
  • Strong desire to grow professionally and adapt to an ever-changing environment
